I had been watching the weather all day and it promised to clear up about an hour before our shoot. Naila and Patrick wanted to go ahead with it and as I was about 10 minutes from the park, it started raining and rained on me until I pulled into the parking lot. I told them that we should wait about 10-15 minutes to see if it would pass. The rain did pass – no sun but we made it work! The rain also came back in the middle of our shoot but they wanted to keep shooting, so we did and I’m glad we did. Some of the photos in the middle of this post have streaks of rain drops in them but these two still looked amazing! Sometimes you don’t get the sunny session I’d prefer and that’s ok! These two were total troopers <3 I can’t wait for their wedding next spring at Sandalwood Manor!
