Hey gorgeous! I hope you’re having a fantastic Thursday. It’s been a busy week of editing and shooting here but I couldn’t feel more blessed. This time of year typically brings more stress than I can handle just because of the sheer volume of shooting (which in turn means tons of editing) that happens. However, this year is different. I do have a ton of work to do but the gratitude I feel towards the work and my clients far outweighs the stress of checking off my
to-do list.
Do you have seasons you dread? How about wedding planning?
How’s that going?
I challenge you today to have a spirit of gratitude that at the end of this planning process, you’ll be married to the man of your dreams. That’s all that matters, right? All of the small tasks leading up to your big day can feel absolutely overwhelming (I totally remember!) .. but I can tell you, looking back almost 10 years, I loved every second of my wedding because it celebrated my marriage. Did everything going exactly how I wanted? No, of course not. But guess what? It was PERFECT. So take a deep breath today, close your eyes, breathe in the gratitude and excitement and exhale the stress. Heck, hire a planner if you need to!
You’ve got this girlfriend, your wedding is going to be amazing.
List a part of your wedding or planning process that you’re grateful for today in the comments. Let’s practice thankfulness right here, right now!
